I utilize a blended approach using post modern, cognitive behavioral, transpersonal and humanistic/existential theoretical framework when working with my clients. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, families, individuals including the GLBT community, addictions, codependency and individuals living with chronic and/or life threatening illnesses.
