Additional Details
At Chiropractic Central, in my 27 years of practice I have helped a wide variety of people-seeing everyone from professional athletes & auto accident patients to infants and 98 year old folks. I love seeing a wide variety of patients and I make every effort to use the state of the art newest techniques to get the best results possible. For this; reason I am certified in the Active Release Technique and the Nimmo Receptor Tonus Technique-two great muscle treatment techniques. I am also a fellow Of Chiropractic Biophysics- a technique focused on restoring patients posture to normal. These are just a few of the techniques I use to help my patients get out of pain and back to work and play. I do most all of muscle message work myself but I do refer folks out for message if needed. In most cases this is not necessary. In my clinic patients are are not rushed through like folks on an assembly line. I typically spend 30 to 45 minutes with a client on each visit.

Want to see a perfect example of green, clean living in a thoroughly modern city? Then Portland is for you! It's located near the nexus of the Willamette and Columbia rivers and has a population of roughly 600K residents. It's Oregon's most populous city. Roughly two million people live in Portland larger metro area. The city was founded in the middle of the last century primarily as a mining and timber town but now it's much more than that. Ironically it's known now for its strong land-use laws in public transit commitments. Portland has a lovely climate marked by warm summers and rainy but temperate winters. Fair warning, you really have to be comfortable with rain to live in Portland. But if you are it's brilliant. The climate is ideal for growing flowers, brewing beer and outside activities. Portland is known among other things for its good local breweries and being the home to the Portland Trailblazers (basketball team). There are so many parks to visit while there. Every neighborhood has several. Popular neighborhoods include: Southwest, Northwest, Pearl District, North, Alberta Arts, Hawthorne, Belmont, Northeast and the Southeast
