Dr. Burtenshaw is one of few Chiropractors with Hospital experience, having worked at both St. Luke's and St. Alphonsus his treatments are straight forward and combine Evidence based Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and soft tissue treatments. Treatment is "function" based. We focus on "Activities of Daily Living" When ROM, flexibility and strength have been achieved, our patients are released from care to PRN/Preventative basis. I spend alot of time working the soft tissue as it is the key to health joints and muscles. Dr Burtenshaw's hospital experience is a value added as it gives him unique perspective on treatment combing the approaches of medicine, chiropractic and physiotherapy.
