Freedom Mortgage & Loan was founded in 1983 to fill the needs of our Veterans in obtaining their first VA home loan or refinance their existing VA loan. In 1989 we expanded our loan programs to include all forms of residential lending, using our teach and guide system which continues to be highly accepted and appreciated by our clientele. Beginning in January 2003, Freedom Mortgage & Loan became a Mortgage Banking company, which means we do your loan from start to finish, no sending it out for approval and waiting for the answer. We are a VA approved lender, doing business in AZ, CA, CO, FL, MD, NV, TX, & IN.
Amazingly enough, there remain many lenders who claim to know and do VA loans, when in actuality many just dabble in this seemingly confusing "Government Program".
