One, we pair up with a local counsel, who handles the case from start to finish and we consult on the matter.
Two, we jointly prosecute the matter with local counsel and enter and appearance via a legal motion called a Pro Hac Vice, so we can try the case for you.
Three, if the defendant is venued in NJ, NY or PA we can do it ourselves.
Let me emphasize that although we take cases nationwide, we are very selective in the types of cases we take, so in order for us to consider representation you or a loved one must have sustained very serious injury or death.
